João Fernandes presented the multiple areas to which RAIL CoLAB will focus on working in the future, at anual Portugal Railway Summit, organized by the Portuguese Railway Cluster. 

With a focus on the evolution of the national railways, RAIL CoLAB meet with the Secretary of State to introduce the Laboratory and its potential. 

At ISQ, the Board presented to the Associates the Activity Plan for 2024, including all the activities to progress with the RAIL CoLAB alongside the budget and resources to ensure the correct execution of projects and/services.

On May 3rd, João Fernandes presented the RAIL CoLAB in the largest Portuguese Railway Summit, organized by the Portuguese Railway Cluster. 

After the creation of the Association, the first board members were elected, with Nomad Tech being elected Chairman of the Board, alongisde Medway, IST, FEUP and Mota-Engil.

October 12th, 2022 marks the day of RAIL CoLAB's deed. All the members of the Association were present and the collaborative railway laboratory was officially set up.
